The work of assurance scales with the number of AI systems you govern, not with headcount. Each plan has a fixed monthly price covering a set number of systems, with a lower rate per system as your portfolio grows.
Govern carries more capability but also a larger commitment — $1,250 a month against $400 — so the rate per system falls from $80 to $62.50 per month. You pay more overall for a broader portfolio and deeper governance, at better value per system.
A registered initiative in your inventory with its own assessment, evidence record and readiness decision. Decommissioned systems can be archived and no longer count toward your plan.
Yes. The public check produces an indicative risk tier and control-obligation summary for one system. When you activate a workspace, that exact record carries across as the starting point — answers, timestamps and preliminary score included.
Govern includes named analyst review of assessments. Deeper advisory — control design, regulatory interpretation, board briefings — is available as an add-on or bundled into Enterprise agreements.
Plans are priced monthly on a 12-month annual agreement, billed in Australian dollars and excluding GST. Govern and Enterprise can be invoiced under a purchase order; Assure can be started by card or invoice.
Additional systems are pro-rated to your renewal date and simply appear on your next monthly invoice, so your whole portfolio stays on one agreement and one billing cycle.
